It was necessary to have fallbacks to run the original tests. This
is obsolete with the new test mode.

In the spread-assign.js benchmark file, all ESLint rules are disabled
for a line where only no-unused-vars needs to be disabled. This change
makes it so that the remaining rules are still applied to the line.

Benchmark comparing `util._extend()`, `Object.assign()`,
and the spread operator for object assignment.
`util._extend()` still wins currently.
