Every npm version bump requires a few patches to be floated on
node-gyp for io.js compatibility. These patches are found in
03d199276e21c1fa08d8df14eeb654c90cc5aa20,
5de334c23096492014a097ff487f07ad8eaee6d2, and
da730c76e98fb9fd18dac445dafbbec74d79f802. This commit squashes
them into a single commit.

Originally disabled in commit 5de334c ("deps: make node-gyp work again
on windows") due to the then-website lacking the requisite SHASUMS.txt
or SHASUMS256.txt files. The website has a SHASUMS256.txt now so start
checksumming the download again.

The 1.3.19 release had a critical bug: any packages published with it
could not be installed, because the shasum would be incorrect.
Thankfully, 1.3.19 was published using 1.3.19, so could not be installed
by any users! However, if it goes out as part of a Node.js release,
then obviously that would be a problem.
