According to the test coverage report a test case was missings checking
if an error is passed into the callback for readdir calls with
withFileTypes option.

Using the non-indexed variant of `std::get<>` broke Travis CI.

All the sub targets have internal parallelism, so no performance loss.
Also `make` doesn't to a good enough job of combining the output
streams, or eliminate races.

The fixed-size buffer on the stack is unnecessary and way too large
for most applications. This change removes it and allocates the
required memory directly instead of copying into heap later.

Without this fix net/tcp-raw-c2s.js aborts in environments where PORT
is defined. TCPWrap::Connect expects the third arg to be a UInt32.

Python's `list.remove` will throw if the element is not found and also
it removes only the first occurrence.
This patch replaces the use of `list.remove` with a `filter` which
solves both of the above mentioned problems.

In order to better match the browser behaviour, run nextTicks (and
subsequently the microtask queue) after each individual Timer and
Immediate, rather than after the whole list is processed. The
current behaviour is somewhat of a performance micro-optimization
and also partly dictated by how timer handles were implemented.

Two changes here which bring us closer to the console standard:
- Arguments to `util.format` are no longer formatted differently
depending on their order, with format strings being an exception.
- Format specifier formatting is now only triggered if the string
actually contains a format string.
Under the hood, we now use a single shared function to format the given
arguments which will make the code easier to read and modify.

onConnectEnd(), which is called by TLSSocket, has a guard to
prevent being called multiple times, but it does not prevent the
OpenSSL error handler from being called, leading to multiple
error events. This commit adds that piece of missing logic.

Electron uses BoringSSL which does not support OCB . It is also
possible to build OpenSSL without support for OCB for Node.js.
This commit disables OCB if OPENSSL_NO_OCB is defined.
